Volunteer Weekend

Come volunteer for the weekend or for a few hours we need your help! We’ll be supplying hot dogs, venison sandwiches, chips, and drinks. Volunteer four hours and leave with AppleWood for BBQ smoking or wait out the season for a some apples.

About the event
We need help at the Orchard. Our current medical conditions and taking care of the kids and their medical conditions has left us with little time to get the orchard ready for bloom. . Now we are in a panic as we only have a few weeks to get all of the remaining trees cut down.
We have a buyer for all 200 trees that need to come down! Thankfully!
We physically can’t do this alone anymore. Tyler’s Lupus leaves him unable to be in the sun for long periods and the cold and Raynard’s leaves his hands unable to move. My seizures are unpredictable and photosensitive so I no longer get to use the big chainsaws and have been demoted to a smaller one.
Join us both days from 11-5 if you’d like.
