We will have fresh honey at the Bodacious Autumn Market in Janesville on Friday 10/18 too!

We do not treat our bees for mites or use insecticides.

Just powered sugar to keep the mite balance in check.

The rest of the logs go to Nueske’s for the applewood smoked meats!

We are in the process of pulling the old trees down. The trunks of these trees range from 8-12 feet in length and are 12-14 inches in diameter. These trees are straight and would be great for making bowls and cutting boards. They are $50 per trunk/log.

Please call the orchard to arrange pick up.

Once these big trees are gone there won’t be anymore as new trees are grown on dwarf rootstock not semi-standard or standard.

🍎We do not sell our apples to any grocery stores in the area.

🍏Apples should be stored in the fridge not on the counter or shelf.

You have to come to the Orchard to get our apples. We will be out of apples by the end of October. Our last day open this season is October 27th.

We need to downsize the cooler immediately so Saturday there will be 50 pound bags of what’s considered industrial grade, windfall, cider HoneyCrisp Apples. These are not actual windfalls as they haven’t touched the ground, they were picked from the tree. They are not washed and will have cosmetic blemishes that will wash off and not affect the flavor at all. These bags will be perfect for cider, sauce, pies, and crisps.

The bags will be on a first come basis. $35.00 for 50 pounds of HoneyCrisp. Once again perfect for cider or applesauce!

We will have 40 bags available.

We tested out a pilot program our first year, where we allowed our family and loved ones to pay for and pick a variety and that tree would to forever be dedicated to them. Some people dedicated trees to others in their family, while some trees were dedicated to people near and dear to us who’ve fought battles most of us couldn’t phantom.

We have a tree dedicated to our favorite Purple Heart Recipient because we know how much he’s sacrificed and he deserves a place where he and fellow recipients can come and sit in harmony with the trees and bees and enjoy picking apples alone or with their families.

We have a tree dedicated to bereaved mothers.

We have trees on the property dedicated to every family member we’ve lost. We’ll have these trees labeled for the community day so everyone has a chance to see what new varieties their are and who they’ve been dedicated to.

These dedication trees should start producing beautiful apples next season. The recipients of these trees are entitled to the first apples they bare and for each season to come they will receive a 1/2 peck of apples.

As most may already know I was recently diagnosed with a handful or rare medical conditions, as well as, my children. I have a brain cyst/tumor on my pineal gland as well as to much fluid in my brain causing intracranial
Hypertension. This is putting pressure on my optic nerves causing blind spots and days where I can’t see at all. I will be having to under go placement of a brain shunt to drain excess fluid from my brain so that I don’t go permanently blind. I attend physical therapy and occupational therapy twice a week on top of numerous doctor’s appointments through the state. All while trying my hardest to run this Orchard with the help of my husband, our children, some very special friends and community members.

We thank everyone for their patience this season as numerous weather events have created unfavorable conditions for our apples.
